Robert W. Symmons Memorial Literary Scholarship
The family of Robert W. Symmons proudly announces the establishment of a Memorial Literary Scholarship for St. Mary's Elementary and High School students who demonstrate their love of literature, reading, writing, and journalism. As past parents of the Schools of St. Mary, Robert and his wife, Linda chose Catholic education for their three children to instill their faith, academic studies, and service beyond self as the foundation for their future success. Recipients will be awarded scholarships based on academic achievement – including those most improved in the subject area with the desire to enhance the world around them through their affinity for the English language. Through this scholarship, Bob's memory will be honored as a result of his passion for helping children receive a chance to better themselves.
