Passing of Dr. Kevin McBride

Kevin was a courageous fighter throughout his illness, as he was equally a champion for Saint Mary’s College Preparatory High School. His determined yet charming personality would stop at nothing to positively impact the lives of the students entrusted to his care during his tenure at the school, which spanned 33 years. His faith in God was unwavering, and he lived by sharing examples with all who came to know him, particularly through promoting the Gospel Values, which became his trademark as principal. We therefore entrust our brother Kevin to God’s loving care. With profound gratitude, we thank you, Dr. McBride, for your legacy, leadership, and friendship. Your presence truly blessed us at St. Mary’s.

At the request of his family, the funeral and burial will be private. A Memorial Mass will be announced in the coming weeks. Please keep Dr. McBride’s family and friends in your prayers as they grieve his tremendous loss.
