A Tribute to Zach Zabatta '20

Last week Mr. Buckley sat down with Zach’s friends to get insight into the incredible young man who attended our school. One of Zach’s closest friends, Nicole Lozada, has written a beautiful tribute to her friend. Take a moment to read it and access the interviews and video tribute.

Thank You, Senior Shepherds!

On behalf of the entire school, St. Mary's Campus Ministry wants to thank our dedicated team of Senior Shepherds who have done such a fantastic job as apostles to their classmates.

Celebrating our Seniors with a Car Parade!

The Saint Mary's campus came alive on Wednesday, May 20th as we welcomed the Class of 2020 and their families back for our first-ever car parade! Administrators, faculty, staff, and clergy were on hand to greet the class for their first time back to the school since March 12, when the decision was made to discontinue school due to the global health crisis.

A note from our Pastor, Fr. Bob, about Giving Tuesday, May 5, 2020

Dear St. Mary's School Parents and Alumni,

These are unprecedented times during which we must have a heightened sensitivity to the many challenges that people are going through. After much prayer and contemplation, I decided, together with our President, Joseph McCleary Ph.D., and Vice President for Development, Sean Collins, to move forward with this appeal.

Giving Tuesday is a national effort that typically occurs the week after Thanksgiving. However, the organization which spearheads this day has designated Tuesday, May 5, 2020 as a Global Day of Unity. I have asked that all gifts contributed to the St. Mary’s Annual Fund on this special giving day be designated to tuition assistance for the current students of our schools whose families have been impacted by the Covid-19 crisis.

If you are able, I hope you will consider making a gift to the Annual Fund and, importantly, pray for those who have become ill and those who have dedicated themselves to care for the sick.

In Jesus and Mary,

Rev. Fr. Robert A. Romeo
