These fifteen young men and women have assisted at school Masses, evangelized to their peers, planned and helped run school retreats and other faith-based events, and have been a dedicated presence even as we transitioned to distance learning. We asked the shepherds to reflect on their experience as faith leaders. Ariana Barlas said, "I have enjoyed so many things about being a Senior Shepherd. I enjoyed the retreats... I really enjoyed leading the peer groups and getting the underclassmen to break through their comfort zones... I loved getting to lead the Masses...making sure everyhting was perfect for our classmates to experience God. This was an amazing experience." Alejandro Wiltshire commented, "As a Senior Shepherd, I enjoyed assisting at Mass and distributing the Eucharist to members of our school community. I was also able to grow closer to the younger members of the school as well as help them connect with God. I still talk to someone of the students from my retreat groups." Ranael Jacques also shared, "Being a senior leader was something I always wanted to do, and becoming an example for the student body was something I took great pride in being able to say and do."
